• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Prepaid orders:
• A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value to cover payment gateway and processing fees.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as they enter the fulfillment stage immediately.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made it easy for you to request a return:
• Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligible Reasons:

• The product is not as per your requirement.
• Return Conditions:
• Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval of your request.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item:
1. Share an unboxing video highlighting the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
