Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
COD Orders: Free cancellation within 24 hours.
Prepaid Orders: 5% cancellation fee will be deducted.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Accepted if the product is unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.
Returns are allowed if you're dissatisfied with the product quality or if it doesn't meet your requirements.

Damaged / Incorrect / Incomplete Orders

Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided free of cost.
